Terms & Conditions

I am not a licensed anything, nor do I claim to be, nor do I take the time to become one.
Everything I do isn't necessarily educational, as it is more for entertainment purposes only. Don't hire me or take my advice unless you consciously choose to do so and if you do so you do at your own risk.
All content created and shared by Made by Swim is, by default, copyrighted and intellectual property of Made by Swim, unless specifically stated otherwise, in a written agreement, signed by both parties, specifying the particular assignment and particular documents and/ or content that is part of that assignment, before any work by Made by Swim
has commenced on that particular assignment. At the end of the day, all I produce are very high resolution visual impressions and 3D digital or material objects at best, which can function as essential visual communication assets between different collaborating parties, translating and connecting different individuals that operate from their own specialized disciplines.

Don't mistake me for a professional architect, engineer, mycologist, project manager, employee, programmer, artist, educator, marketeer, woodworker, magician, or someone who enjoys participating in meetings of any kind. All I attempt to do as a service is to reflect back ideas in high resolution so that it becomes easier to manifest these ideas and concepts into the material world. It might appear that these results look similar as all of the above professions, but in fact, these are not. If you need a definition for the profession I practice I would suggest polymath design studio.
